Greek Street
Originally called Hogs Lane, it became known as Greek Street some time in the late 1600s. It was more than like named Greek Street for the Greek Church built around the same time as the name change.
I am so glad to have found this, John. Neat stuff, as I would have expected. I got here from your Lulu page, which I found Googling the Blount Street Commons project. The Lulu interface is a little disjointed, but what wonderful content they have allowed you to throw together! Keep up the great work.
